We are pleased to offer a hotel reservation service for all the participants of ICAE 2019. Below official hotels were selected after careful consideration of several factors including distance from the venue, security, moderate price, convenient traffic situation, etc. In order to secure reservation, please make the hotel reservation through the online reservation system.

Booking & Payment Conditions
1. The above rates are per room per night. (All rates are inclusive of Tax & Service Charge.)
2. When you make a booking, the manager will contact you in 1 week. Your reservation is not confirmed before confirmation letter
    is sent.
3. We keep your credit card information only to guarantee your reservation. Your payment shall be made either by credit card or
    cash at hotel, when you check into or out of your hotel room.
4. As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended. After 1st October 2019 room
    availability and rates may not be guaranteed.
5. The reservation form must be accompanied by credit card information to guarantee your reservation.
6. The above rates only apply to of ICAE 2019 participants who reserve through the online reservation system.
7. Please read carefully the cancellation policy and inclusions of the chosen hotel before you confirm your booking.
